replaceItem() は SVGPointList インターフェイスのメソッドで、リスト内の点を置き換えます。

例外
NoModificationAllowedErrorDOMException-
リストが読み取り専用である場合に発生します。
IndexSizeErrorDOMException-
渡されたインデックスがリスト内のアイテムの数よりも大きい場合に発生します。
例
次の例では、 SVG の中に 5 つの座標ペアを持つ <polyline> があります。新しい SVGPoint を作成し、インデックス 1 （リストの内 2 つ目のアイテム）の点を置き換えます。
